Which is the strongest character a real life peak human can defeat?

Just as the title says, which is the strongest fictional character a real life peak human can defeat in a VS Battle?

Round 1: Peak Human has no weapons.

Round 2: Peak Human can have just Street/Wall Level close combat weapons (Baseball Bats, Swords, Sledgehammers, etc.)

Round 3: Composite Human.

Round 1: 9B tops (Highly unlikely only chance is submission holds against a human sized opponent to deny them leverage to use their strength and choke them out. Against an animal or someone with unconventional biology, your only chance is to stick your arm down their throat and hope they choke on it).

A peak human can generate up to 1600+ joules with a punch and around the same amount of force if you converted to ftlbs and assumed lbf in a foot (b/c our bones aren't all that hard) so 9C with striking unarmed is the limit.

Round 2: 9B easy (Eg. see examples of man killing bears with knife/spear/club). Also, our weapons are harder than our bodies so way higher force.

Round 3: 9B easy (Weaponry, plus skill)

8B with weapons (didn't specify they couldn't have weapons and the max penetration for a HEAT round is 8B based on a tank's penetration resistance)

9B without weaponry possible (By increasing impulse and oscillation of the punch you get a more penetrating punch which damages internal organs past what would normally be possible - extremely difficult as it requires a snappy punch which inherently has very little force - requires high skill/technique to add body weight to a snap punch. See Jack Dempsey's falling step punch or Traditional Chinese Martial Arts Fajing)
