You wanna know what I'm gonna propose?

Varies from High 3-A to Low 2-C, potentially up to 2-A

If Bill is getting stronger when Weirdmageddon is happening then we're dealing with a guy who could grow to be 2-A, and that could be what the Time Baby was on

But he does some of his 2-A feats in the show so Idk if he really has to grow into them

Low 2-C is already a solid end and above the original suggestions. Doing stuff casually is no grounds for at least on its own, likely way stronger than we see is kinda conjecture and getting stronger as weirdmageddon continues is to an unknown extent, whereas Low 2-C is a tier that can have chains of Low 2-Cs stomping each other. I must also draw a line here that this at least was never agreed upon or mentioned in the majority vote. Including it by personal decision of a few at this point feels out of place.

He has Statements of 2-A shit in the show, sure, but if Bill was just getting stronger overtime, then he could very easily grow to be 2-A

As for this, I only include an "At Least" if the character is one-shotting something that's already solidly the value.

Weirdmageddon kept going for 4 days actually. If he gets stronger by the minute, I think he's definitely way stronger than he was lol.

Pretty sure we don't accept supergenius intelligence scaling for creating items that can harm people with uni+ and higher durability.

Does the Metal Plate actually matter here? I thought Bill didn't know Ford had the metal plate in his head. Ford also told Bill "you know the rules, the only way you can enter my mind is if I shake your hand and let you in". I don't know if Bill can actually enter minds without making deals or if he just forgot he needed to make deals for that brief moment
 
Bill should likely have Resistance Negation as well, Old McGucket was able to resist the memory gun that can erase minds, and Bill was able to paralyze his mind when he turned everyone but Dipper and Mabel into tapestries.

Are the characters that represent the Zodiac symbols able to resist transmutation? I think Soos was unaffected by the weirdness wave
 
Are we taking account the powers he showcased in the Mindscape for the profile? If we do then I have some additions for P&A.
