This is still Extrasensory though. Enhanched is having senses stronger than the human ones, not extra ones.

Why Bill and Ford deserve supergenius.

Ford is able to understand 5 dimensional math
Ford and Bill constructed the portal, which shook the Nightmare Realm
Ford had a weapon that can kill Bill, who has Universal+ to Multiversal durability

Not enough for super genius.

Unfortunately not. The first is a decent supporting feat but creating a high AP weapon isn't

• 1 layer of Mind Manipulation (Paralyzed the minds of all the zodiac symbols before turning them into banners, including Old McGucket, who is unaffected by the Memory Gun, that can erase minds and memories)
• Void Manipulation and Power Nullification (Reduced the Mindscape into a white void, nullifying the abilities of Dipper, Mabel and Soos)
• Electricity Manipulation (Can release electricity from his body)
• Madness Manipulation (Type 3; His "true form" beneath his exoskeleton could drive Fiddleford to insanity)
• Subjective Reality (Brought video game characters such as Rumble McSkirmish into the real world)
• Probability Manipulation (Created Mabeland, where everything, even simple activities such as skipping stones is perfect)

yeah, but he isn't moving his arms at mftl+, he's flying at mftl+, the ford moving his arms thing supports this

The reason Bill gets his abilities from Mindscape is he has shown that the abilities he showed in the mind he can also use in the real world (shapeshifting, energy projection, creation, telepathy, telekinesis and more)

Yeah, it should be Subjective Reality as well.

You should add Subjective Reality near RW and other. You should add the Probability Manipulation near Pocket Manipulation ability

I think Bill should scale to those even without the size, as there's no reason why he should be inferior to the things he grants power to, as he literally is the one granting these stats in the 1st place.
