• Removed Type 1 Acausality, as Bill being in a cosmic punishment where he's forced to relive the series over and over has been blatantly retconned, so that had to go

• Teleportation (When Gus buried the Book of Bill, it re-appeared in his kitchen cabinet.) - I may be stupid but I didn't find scans saying it

I don't think they have to be personalities he has. So long as they're sentient and inside him they count.

• Immunity to Sleep Manipulation and Dream Manipulation (Doesn’t sleep nor dream, making him lack dreams to manipulate) - No scan so heh

What I mean is that they have to be as equally as dominant as the "main one". There's a reason why Flowey doesn't have it but Diavolo yes.

I think this is actually wrong. The text said that the guy placed unicorn hair around the portal, not the orb. The orb itself was just to contain him, and there's nothing saying that it had unicorn hair itself. Bill just kinda complied with him for a time because it was part of their deal but got angry being treated like a toy.

It doesn't really make sense for him to get reactive evolution from this anyways, since he wasn't shown to have this ability to burn through unicorn hair during Weirdmaggedon, even though he's in an inferior state here.

The orb itself was just to contain him, and there's nothing saying that it had unicorn hair itself. Some discaimers:

• Added only what I suggested in the thread prior and what @ShionAH added in his sandbox
• Didn't add almost anything else, to avoid ******* up this thread even more
• Replaced all the Book scans with new, cleaner ones for where I could
• Some of the new scans from the Book were used for pre-existing abilities he already had.

Anyway, the new stuff (also compared to Shion's sandbox) is the following:

• Removed Type 1 Acausality, as Bill being in a cosmic punishment where he's forced to relive the series over and over has been blatantly retconned, so that had to go
• Elaborated better on Bill's AE Type and why the concepts are Type 1
• The layer thing has been replaced from a simple "all his abilities gain 1 layer" because of him not having the Weirdmageddon's powers back then, so just using an arbitrary set of abilities ain't it, especially when the barrier involved is literally an anti-Bill thing, so all his P&A have to be involved
• I didn't include:
  • Probability Manipulation (Weirdness operates as a law in the Gravity Falls universe, it functions by manipulating probability to attract anomalies[1]) - It's a passive law of Gravity Falls, don't think Bill has this
  • Higher-Dimensional Existence (Claimed to be a "multidimensional specter of chaos that transcends reality"[1]) - I plan to reinstall HDE in another thread, but this is just stupid
  • Teleportation (When Gus buried the Book of Bill, it re-appeared in his kitchen cabinet.) - I may be stupid but I didn't find scans saying it

You're not supposed to put changes solely within a sandbox these days, it becomes easy for additions to pass without notice. You can let Shion copy paste it onto the OP if need be.

Wdym? He literally says that guy used it (unicorn) to trap him in the orb. Also Bill literally has Intangibility, the only thing on which it doesn’t work is Unicorn Hair. The narrative is also talking about how Unicorn Hair was used to trap him. So I don’t see the problem with it at all.

Sorry Shion, but... I checked this multiple times and I do not think 3-C flies here

AP (Galaxy Level and Multiversal) - Battle between Mindscape Bill and the Time Baby ends up on the destruction of six planets and with the Time Baby crashing on Earth and causing the Chicxulub Impact Event[1]. Bill had crashed two planets together to "make them kiss". Bill implied to be able to "burn galaxies". Bill stated that he and the Henchmaniacs were planning on smashing the entirety of the multiverse, which he confirms is infinite multiple times

Then scan you used to justify 3-C is literally Bill saying how you can burn also calories. I do not think this is meant to be taken as Bill literally blowing up a whole galaxy in the 3-C way we think of, but more like overtime, just like how we get rid of calories. Yes Bill has destroyed his 2D world through "burning" it, but I do not think it's the same here. Bill here mostly likely has just said a random stuff in this magazine cover and that's it.

This is more a "At least 5-B, likely far higher" from what I see.

Plus Bill could perfectly "destroy" the 2D realm through burning it, as it's flat, so the fire can equally destroy it in its entirely. However... how do you "burn" a galaxy in this case lol?

If Bill really broke through his weakness to unicorn hair in this instance, then why didn't he just use the portal right then and there instead of waiting a thousand more years for the rift in Gravity Falls? It just makes more sense that the orb itself wasn't protected by unicorn hair, he just melted glass, and went on his way without having any way to get through the portal thanks to the hair encircled around it.

Second: It was encircled around the PORTAL. If Bill literally just had the ability to go through unicorn hair, he would have already caused Weirdmaggedon already with the portal that was encircled by it. Like, you know, was his whole goal? For a trillion years? Besides if he could do something like this then he would have clearly been able to tear through the Shacktron itself, but he clearly couldn't even when he was properly enraged.

As I said, Bill’s ego is very, VERY big. Which is why being humiliated like that caused him SO MUCH rage. Not the case with that portal or Shacktron.

If Bill couldn't do the same thing he did back in his mindscape form, which was severely inferior to his form in Weirdmaggedon, then I think it's just too big of a plot hole for it to be PiS. Him gaining physical form was supposed to be the peak of his power, yet he still needs to be enraged enough to get rid of his unicorn hair weakness? After he supposedly did the same when he wasn't at peak power? And if he was really humiliated then he would have broken through the hair around the portal and destroyed the world at that point. So you're saying he was SO angry that instead of taking out his anger at Earth and the universe and enacting his plan... he just went back in defeat to the Nightmare Realm? That doesn't really make that much sense
