Picked up my boy Eisenhorn, today. While the model still abides by GW's "We can charge literally anything for a hero character" rule ($35 USD for a human-sized model Jesus Chrit), I'd say he's well worth it.

His rules are pretty spiffy, too. He comes equipped with a bolt pistol that has -1 AP and does 2 damage per hit, the sword Barbarisater for chopping up some motherf#$%ing heretics, his runestaff, in case he needs to hit something harder but with less AP, and grenades that cause mortal wounds to vehicles. For special abilities, he can give every friendly Imperium unit within 6 inches his Leadership for tests, ignore wounds on a lucky roll, and give up the first ability to summon Cherubael (okay, they don't specifically call him Cherubael, but it's a Daemonhost with the Character keyword and boosted stats. It's pretty obviously Cherubael). On top of all this, he can cast two psychic powers per turn. Pretty excellent.

Took me a minute to shift my thinking from "Attack Potency" to "Armour Penetration", so I was staring at "hit harder but with less AP" going wut?

It totally makes sense if you think about it from the perspective of "powerscaling is meaningless and nothing but purely destructive feats mean anything".

Quick question, what is the stats for a Space Marine Bolter gun? I heard it was something like Building level.
