It's based on this thread, especially the Extreme Heat one where for some reasons only hotland monsters where scaled to it.

So, I'm here to say that not only hotland or those specific characters scales to this heat, but also in general Monster's as well
Since it appears that Monster's from Snowdin, such as Rudolph Holiday who is basically a Reindeer, appears to be studying in Hotland University, meaning that snowdin monsters is capable of withstanding this heat just fine.
