So off the bat, Hearts should have vastly superior AP in his Super Hearts and Ultimate Godslayer forms, plus a shitton of passive hax.

Doom does resist things such as his statistics reduction and matter manip, though.

So Hearts could one-shot Doom with how superior he is in AP, but Doom has absorption and Low 1-A mind-hax.

Well he'll sense that Hearts is a threat, so once he realizes he can't win the AP game, he'll likely use either absorption or mind-hax.

He uses the absorption device built within his armor to simply absorb a target's energy, like how he did it with the Beyonder. Just a press of a button.

His mind-hax is simple telepathic hax, and it scales above baseline on a 6.29-dimensional scaling chain.

Hearts will also sense that Doom is dangerous via heart reading and will immediately lead with a combo of paralysis/Telekenises/Gravity + One shotting or EE

Doom resists heart/mind reading on the 6.29-dimensional level.

And his mind hax > Scarlet Witch's mind hax resistance (as she needed his telepathy to protect her mind and hold it together in the face of Chthon's madness hax), which scales to fighting the Serpent Crown in a mind battle across endless dimensions.

But Hearts via multipliers has so much of an AP advantage he just flat-out one-shots, probably.

Though Doom also has soul manipulation so he could use the Ovoid Mind Transfer to swap bodies with Hearts, and could send him back in time 1 million years like he did to Morgan Le Faye (though knowing SDBH Hearts probably resists time-travel BFR).

This seems like an incon.

However, speed is equalized, and the win-cons for both are literally the same, since Doom always has his mind-hax even in base, and his Low 1-A absorption is built into his suit, so it still depends on who strikes first.

Yeah, the win-cons for both literally remain the same, since Hearts still has a monstrous AP advantage plus gravity and EE, while Doom has 6.29-dimensional mind-hax that scales far above baseline, absorption that goes up to Low 1-A (no joke), soul manipulation (Ovoid Mind Transfer), and ironically superior time-hax (as he could just do time bfr).
