We pretty much know by now what this is all about so lets get on with it




Cumber

So for Cumber I believe we need some Key Separations. One for his Restricted Form, One for his Base Form, one for his Super Saiyan Forms and one for his Great Ape Form.
Since he display some things in those form that he doesn't in his prior forms, I suggest some Key separation of some sort should be in order. This is just my own thoughts on how they should be separated.

When the Special Move is activated, the damage done to the enemy can be increased. When you reach the super burst MAX, you can enter the awakening burst mode and further increase the damage. In addition, the guard of the attacking enemy is permanently halved, and super-powerful power damage is given. [every time]

Incarnation of evil

Instead of being unable to participate in the Renkei Attack, I will never be afraid. Also, if the enemy team's H energy is 8 or more and you win with your own attack charge impact, the damage dealt to the enemy will be permanently doubled, and the enemy team's H energy will be reduced to 0. Basically prevents stun so Status Effect Inducement Resistance also permanently doubles the damage so Damage Boost of his attacks and reduces the enemies' Energy to 0 so Energy Reduction via Probability Manipulation

On top of these some of his base abilities and resistances should be moved to his restricted key since even while restricted he's still pretty much able to do much of the same. The other's that aren't supposed to be moved I will address them

Hearts is already dead and thus he scales to other deceased characters who will live on forever in the afterlife
Immortality (Type 5): Deceased characters will always regenerate completely as long they are in the afterworld, which Hearts can move too and from. Even if they are destroyed in the mortal realm, their souls will be sent back to the afterlife which they will completely regenerate from. Beerus confirms that you would need to destroy their bodies along with their souls in order to prevent them from returning.
Less Stamina Usage: Characters who have died and is not encumbered by a living body have reduced strain on their stamina and minimized energy depletion.
Self Sustenance (All Types)
Resistance to Death Manipulation, Age Manipulation and Disease Manipulation:
Deceased Characters are already dead, deceased bodies are do not age, and as seen in the Shin Budokai series, diseases and virus do not affect deceased characters.

The Resistance to EE and VM more over comes from the Universe Seed both Kamioren and Hearts had absorbed

It is the DBS Fused Zamasu, but it's an alternate DBS Fused Zamasu in Heroes, who survived erasure. It's not the same, although I'd get it if they're considered too similar.

Well not really
Zamasu would have some decent had that makes him stand out from the main timeline
But I decided not to do him as their is no profile for him at the moment

This would still take same time.....since in both cases anount information to evaluate is same.
But smaller CRTs give better chance of analysis. Gives more accuracy.
There's a reason we don't give all our exams on one day.....
