He immediately threw his lance on Fuiji in Kei route tho. I think him not doing so in other routes was simply plot convenience (as in Kei route only 5 Swastika were opened, so there was an excuse on why Fuiji didn't instantly died)

She is the one who perceived the Throne and admits that Yakou's precog is way better, so I'm pretty sure they both have 1-A precog.

He only used it once and once only (Habaki) and nah it didn't bypass Habaki hax mostly because it isn't offensive
