He immediately threw his lance on Fuiji in Kei route tho. I think him not doing so in other routes was simply plot convenience (as in Kei route only 5 Swastika were opened, so there was an excuse on why Fuiji didn't instantly died)

Forgot to say but...no it's not in character for Yakou to do it even with his insane precog
He only used it once and once only (Habaki) and nah it didn't bypass Habaki hax mostly because it isn't offensive

At that point Rein would probably be 1-A and likely wouldnt be effected by the Sleep Manip.
