Yukari Yakumo, Ran (Someone below Yukari in intelligence) was able to measure to width and Length of a ever changing river. Ran stated that if Yukari was doing this, she'd be able to measure the depth as well. She was even able to outwit Eirin, the Potential God of Wisdom, and without that title, she is the same person who is smart then not only her family, who are Lunarians, and her intelligence was compared to omniscience, on her profile it says: "Eirin is a genius among geniuses, far smarter than even the likes of her family, a distinguished and highly influential line of medical geniuses. She is supposedly capable of using her immense knowledge to create any sort of drug or medicine, and she has extensive knowledge on historical events, particularly those involving the Lunar Capital. She is likely to be the smartest being from the Moon, who compared her knowledge to Omniscience despite seeing inventions such as immortality elixirs and Planck bombs as outdated technology. She was not only instrumental in the founding of Lunarian Society alongside Lord Tsukuyomi, but she was also its leading medical mind, and was in charge of the Moon's emissaries to Earth."

And Yukari was able to outwit her. I think that's pretty good Intellect.

Composite Human, every character on this Wiki, all their thoughts and ideas, all their character weaknessess, all their power was written into being by a portion of CH, everything in everyverse is known to CH.
 
Low 5-B should be doctor wily. He had a vast understanding of robotics, developed a time machine, and made evolving weapons like Zero and the Maverick Virus.

Well him or Aizen but either one of the 3 should definitely be a contender for 7-A.
 
Aizen is the least egotistical Bleach villan, well at least before he got the Hōgyoku. Urahara is just lazy as shit so I wouldn't call him egotistical either. Yhwach was never shown to be that smart anyhow, he just kept blabbering about the Almighty to Ichigo half the time which lead to his demise.


Bleach intellects are pretty great.
 
Revan learned how to master the force and multiple different fighting styles in weeks.

It takes a year to learn one for standard Jedi masters

And that's just one.

Well, I don't quite mean everyone is, but Yhwach is especially ego. Urahara is not egotistical, but he does have the personality of a hobo. Uryu has been somewhat egotistical early on at least. And Aizen is actually still quite egotistical in the Arrancar ark. He assumed Ichigo was still powerless even with FGT, but then ended up getting his ass blitzed.
 
Creating a black hole from nothing sounds more impressive than mastering a fighting style from a scientific perspective. Revan is probably smarter fighting wise than Vash is.
 
Pretty sure that Doctor Quantum is the smartest 3-B. The old man has incredible knowledge of quantum physics and knows multiple secrets of the Universe, which our real-world science doesn't know yet.
