The smartest of every tier

4-A should go to Galacta.
No nigh omniscient, and GEOM being able to comprehend higher dimensions should make his mind better than hers.

"Be aware that because Intelligence is a very broad spectrum that appears in many forms, multiple characters are likely worth mentioning for every tier."

Galacta isn't always Nigh-Omniscient.

I had meant that him being able to comprehend higher dimensions should make his better than her super-ergenius, but if you wanted to just put both that would be fine.

It's an intelligence feat but yeah, it doesn't make you smarter

It would make your mind infinitely more complex for each extra dimension, at least the way higher dimensions are used on this site, so it would logically follow. Intelligence isn't really as objective as something like AP is though, so using both is fine.

Beyond Supergenius normally (Her mind is so advanced that a human brain's processing capability is like that of an Atari 2600, by comparison. Even Reed Richards's intellect is insignificant and primitive by her perspective. Instantly absorbs all the knowledge and memories of all lifeforms she's consumed), Nearly Nigh-Omniscient with her Cosmic Awareness (Through her Cosmic Awareness, Galacta can perceive the complete structure of the universe, and all its scars and deformations, can identify parallel dimensions and baby universes, feel time flowing in multiple directions simultaneously, see almost everything that is occuring in the universe at once, instinctively possess knowledge on various subjects such as the history of the universe, advanced alien technology, and obscure TV Shows)

She's Beyond Supergenius and Nearly Nigh-Omniscient, not actually Nigh-Omniscient. She fits perfectly. And there can be more than one person in the tier as shown above.

What's the level of the characters he outsmarted? Morgan is even more intelligent than this guy and every other Librarian combined (which reminds me they need pages)
I mean, that guy's book smarts are impressive, but that doesn't equate to the kind of "Machiavelli" intelligence that would make outsmarting him an impressive feat.

As far as the people Rasalom actually outsmarts, they range from doctors, historians and mathematicians to war tacticians and people with connections in the CIA, but he has better actual feats of intelligence and manipulation than that. He once accurately described the defining points of a person's entire childhood after he'd only known her a couple of months, caused a firm-believing Jewish man to question and eventually discard all of his religious beliefs in a matter of days, and turned a quiet and friendly university student into a deluded and jaded woman who believed in a concept that certain people were simply "born better" than others, as a few examples. He's also around fifteen times as old as Morgan, so that's a factor as well.

Also, the OP says that this thread is taking into account multiple forms of intelligence, so it's entirely possible that both of them could wind up sharing a spot in the same tier.

Mister Mxyzptlk for 11A maybe?

I didn't realize they could share spots. Anyway, Flynn's got others types of intelligence too. He outsmarted Moriarty. Do you know him? This guy's greatest enemy and also his equal.

Would Composite Primate with the same intelligence as the CH be smarter than the candidates already selected for 9-B or smart enough to appear?
