Ah, well that's unfortunate. Rooting for the best outcome for you (you've taken enough Ness Incon spam, you deserve it). I'll just be over here thinking of how to improve Shulk's kit even more.

Leaning towards adding more abilities to Alvis.
 
Well, since this is bumped I might as well ask this. Since Ness will remain Low 2-C but Truth will become 2-B and thus equals 2-B Fate Manip. Is Truth of the Universe...combat applicable? Or I guess another way to put it would be can Truth help Ness fight and attack with his higher AP and such?
 
After some further discussion with some of the EB supporters, Ness (along with other characters such as Giygas and Dark Dragon) are going to be upgraded to 2-B. Ignore The Low 1-C part, that's actually still up for debating lol

Damn Ness' page is ooking good, he's gonna be a major player when this fourm move happens if all goes according to plan. According to the Type 4 Concept Manip it says "Created Magicant, which is an entire conceptual abstact land based on Ness's own psyche" wouldn't that just be Subjective Reality? Then again I'm not familiar with Concept Manip so I apologize.

Anyway, no not really, he already has Subjective Reality from obtaining items and weapons that he seemingly created. The entirety of Magicant is a Cognitive world filled with the users own memories each represeting a certain part of themselves. The Flying Man for example are representations of Ness's own Courage. One of the enemies fought in Magicant represents Ness's own inability to use other PSI abilities, Ness's Nightmare is the evil and darker side to Ness, etc. Also, it should be noted that Ness has pretty powerful Absorption abilities as he was able to absorb a small portion of Truth's powers and the entirety of Magicant.
 
That's fun. Tell me, what are ALL of Okey's passives (and yes that includes Truth and the Player)? Dewit and I'll tell ya what Cross's passives are.
 
Speaking of Cross, I've got a feeling he's gonna end up being a really strong 5-B as far as AP goes, he's baseline multiplied by over 4000. Hopefully people just start match-spamming him instead of Shulk.

Shulk will still end up being used more just by nature of...being in Smash

Forgot about this, but I think he would have Passive Fate, Plot, Causality, and Fear hax.
 
Let me re-phrase that. How does one resist Plot Manipulation? Plot Manipulation is being able to control, manip, destroy stories itself. Much different and stronger than Fate, Causality, Probability, and Reality Warping, Plot is all of those things yet above them. The closest thing I can think of is maybe Acasuality Type 5
 
You resist it by having a resistance to it, which we normally give when a character acts outside the Plot a character with Plot Manipulation has created, doing things that the character with Plot Manipulation doesn't want or planned for them to do.
 
Here is a question for you all, from my research I have found that the Vita can passively absorb matter around it. How big would you expect the range of it to be?

Note: The Planet Mira is sentient, granting people reliant immortalities, the ability to speak to any race regardless of the language barrier and cause most people who arrive there to stay through some weird Fate Manipulation.
