Every PSI abilities known in canon, Precog and Clairvoyance, Summoning (forgot to mention that he will also gain Type 9 immortality), some resistances, better justification to his abilities (notably fate hax). Those are from the top of my head so I hope i didn't forget anything lolBware1 said:

I find it funny though. Both Ness and Shulk have basically been in Revision Hell for awhile now. When done both are expected to become absolute powerhouses.
