Who knows, even if the Vita has Planetary AP and Range the Matter Manip + Absorption, depending on it's feats, could be anyway from tens of meters to Planetary, though from the example of the Dark Matter you have given I wouldn't be surprised if it was closer to Ten of Meters then Planetary.

Possibly, biggest variable at play is Mira itself. We know so little about it so for all we know it could be resistant to absorption.

We also have to consider that the Vita has been around for a long time and with that the chance that technology allowing machines to be resistant to it would pop up. Not the most unlikely thing though if we go the Ghosts.

Just take the best feat and assume that's its max range, otherwise it's just a bunch of headcanons with little to no evidence.

Alright. Best range feat we see the Vita perform is being able to hit the Earth from space. At very minimum this puts it at 100+ kilometres.

Does that hit involve it's Matter Manip+Absorption?

We don't know for sure but apparently it destroyed the Earth's surface.

Strange part is that the "explosion" was purple.

At best I'd put the absorption at "Hundreds of Meters Possibly Hundreds of kilometres".

Hundreds of meters being based off the size of the room the Vita is fought in.
