Well, I'm still kind of in the same spot I was at months ago. Don't care too much about this given how small the difference is, but I am fine with a Possibly rating for KLM Minato.

I hear ya, but tbh I just think narrative intent there was clearly to show that Juubito was superior to the Juubi. That's why Kishimoto had him specifically perform feats that the Juubi failed to do. So we can hyper analyze every little frame, but I think the intention there was pretty clear cut.

To be completely honest, I don’t really care that much. I don’t think the feat is exactly irreconcilable with Minato’s current rating, but I’m not vehemently opposed to a ‘possibly High 6-B‘ rating (although, 98 TT, possibly 100 TT is like… splitting hairs to the highest degree)
