Like I said before to you, Zoro might be slightly stronger, but Luffy edges him in like everything else. He has a much better Observation Haki, more range and overall his fighting style is something Zoro shouldn't be able to overcome with ease. They both know each other so there's the fact that they are especially aware of what they can do.
They are pretty even in almost everything considering the amount of things they have done in the past, but Red Hawk bypasses durability and Luffy can block slashes with his Haki or just dodge the attack. He's more maneuverable than Zoro without a doubt.

Yes, his Dura is baseline High 7-A atm. Zoro is going to have some problems with it considering Luffy can take attacks from Doflamingo.
