Their AP is literally irrelevant, but still superior to most Star Wars Stuff (Can cut through Halos like a knife through hot butter, change the tilt of galaxies, blow up stars, shatter planets, etc)

Their sublight speeds of meh, but with FTL travel, their escort ships can cross 20,000 light years in 2 hours, and the Mantle's Approach crossed several thousands of light years in just 1-2 minutes.

So overall, the Forerunners are stronger/faster, but that is not why they win.

With a design seed, they can create 800 meter Planet Breakers at such a speed that a forerunner could not detect the rate. These same forerunners have better reactions than spartans with millisecond reactions. Planet Breakers contains thousands of warrior servants, each warrior servant has millions of fighter craft. Each warrior servant has supressors which shut down the enemy's brains and all A.I. Forerunner ships are armed with hundreds of larger supressors. They also have EMP weapons, which could create waves that shut down all technology over thousands of miles. They can shoot out supressors while hiding in slipspace, or open up slipspace portals within enemy ship to implode it, or BFR the ship into a voidal fold between slipspace and normal space. There are 2000 forerunner capital ships in just one battle late in the war when most of the military was gone. The entire fleet in that battle was 3,000,000 strong. All of these ships were controlled by a single A.I, Offensive Bias. The ark which made the Halo, it made it in 80 days. They made a 10,000 km superstructure in just about 80 days. They could create dyson spheres that were 186,000,000 miles in diameter in secret.

In other words, they have an industrial base and hax capacity to wipe out a massive portion of Star Wars. The Forerunners don't do bang bang, they like shutting down enemy systems, and BFRing enemies into a void. When they do go for standard combat, their Warrior Servants have armor augmentations that can give them strength to level cities, reactions that blitz millisecond level Spartans, the innability to be diseased or fatigued at all, and control million strong droid armies. Now, due to individuals such as the Bedlam Spirits and Abeloth, the Forerunners would be put down, but most factions proper would be crushed by Forerunner industrial cunning.

@Gargoyle, it's the same idiot who thinks everyone in Fire Emblem 6 (and 7 via scaling) is MFTL+ and Multi-Continent level, and IIRC something about Low 2-C Yugi (Season 0, I think)
