Dragon Rage is a move that always does a set amount of 40 damage.

If Magikarp can get some of its more powerful moves out (not that powerful in comparison to other Pokémon but still) sadly and as funny as it is I think it actually has a good chance at winning, gonna vote for Magikarp as odd, and as sad as that is, due to it having at least some versatility, and the fact that who knows Dan might freak out when he encounters one
