Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken Discussion Thread 20

Btw i think if Shion get her US she would be Rimuru Sub that has Brokenest Hax.. and can be the strongest surpass even Trio primo...
I wanna ask who would win current Carrera VS WN shion...
i just love shion hax which for me is so broken in WN shion should be the 3rd strongest rims Sub if` she can use time stop but since she cant beni is 3rd...

Well yes and no. The Primordials demons aren't clear when they were born but the Spiritual Realm specifically Hell already existed.

Feldway and the Seraphim were aiding Veldanava before the creation of the Divine Ancestor or humanity. So they probably existed before the Cardinal World. But I presume that the Heavenly Star Palace came before them since its the nexus of creation and is connected to all worlds.

I think Seraphim are probably older but to an irrelevant degree considering how long they lived after a certain point it really doesn't matter. Also the Seraphim had very shallow ego to where they couldn't have Ultimate Skills anyway.
nope Primo demons exist same as primo angel they exist as angel shadow.. you can read at vol 16.. as angel were created the shadow were born.. its just like if there is light there is darkness.. thats why angel and demons can consider as a duality being..since they exist cuz of GS light and dark..(Im not sayin demons and angel have transduality what im saying they exist just like ying and yang)

I don't recall it specifying. If anything Feldway's birth contradicts the idea they were created by the Great Spirit at the same time.

Reality wrapping and Fate manipulation ?I don't really know if that's really that broken in Tensura it's just that she is really good with it .

Well it was a threat to Rimuru as stated by Ciel .So I don't know what to say

Diablo had RW and SW even before becoming a DL .

Having an Ultimate skill already gives you 1 layer of resistance to them .

The fact that Carrera can fight Zegion for days proves that she has good RW and SW resistance too .(Illusion king Mephisto )

I don't know who wins .But Carrera is clearly more skilled and can onehsot shion if judgment hits her (Might sound generic but it's a fact )
.

It'll be really troublesome to deal with at the very least .

Its actually Causality manipulation on a higher dagree. Than can even bypass acca4

LN one is yet to be fully revealed ,right ?So we should wait .It's broken indeed but I want to see how far both Carrera and Shion go before saying who wins .

The WN shion may win against current Carrera if she fails to deal with it .But again if she uses judgement timely then there's a good possibility of her victory .
But the worst case scenario would be Shion somehow surviving Judgement with her Tyrant king Susanoo .Uhh yeah So I think WN shion has higher chance of winning

Thats why if shion can use time stop she would wins.. Cuz she can change all outcome even make her odachi equel to carrera guns.. fuse didnt give shion TS cuz she would become to OP ig..

Yo i think Souls in tensura cant be Manipulate by regular Soul manipilation like other Verse.. to manipulate u sould have an Info manip to..

hey in the spiff nof slime datta ken there are some characters that can be top 3 verse both web novel and light novel

COTE is fire. Definitely my favorite LN series. And I've reading a lot recently. I'll probably hope onto Mushoku Tensei or Re:Zero next.

I highly recommend Ascendance of A Bookworm who love world building, character growth and a realistic fantasy story.
mushoku tensei I think I'll wait for the anime, the adaptation is considered excellent even by the readers (which is rare to see), re:zero is too big, I couldn't find time to watch it, but COTE held my attention in a way that I can't leave aside, even if they have a lot of volumes hahaha

This one is on my list too, but I think I'll give the anime a chance first

Well Ramiris isn't quite the same kind of Mediator as Guy. She's an administrator from what Dino said. And we know from Feldway, Dino, Guy, and indirectly by Milim that Ramiris' power is unique in that it works similarly to Authorities like Angels. We learn that its like the Divine Tree or Heavenly Tower but in a special category since its in a different dimension and doesn't protect the world directly like the other two.

Either way, yeah they are special.
I wonder, but I also think that maybe she really isn't that strong, as queen of spirits, she might have used something to calm Milim down, I think that was the meaning of Rimuru's question, but I don't think he really thought that Ramiris is strong, Ramiris' lines about herself are suspect so I won't trust too much, but I still have some expectation to see her in action

I won't be able to find the scans right now, it's probably volume 16 but I remember something about primordial demons being born before heaven and earth existed or something like, so i think they existed at least before Veldanava created all the worlds, the question is, who created hell was Veldanava or the dark spirit? Anyway, if you're going to follow the WN the spirits were born before or at the same time as the multiverse, so at least the primordials are as old as the universes were created

But can't blame Zegion too much for that .He is just stuck in the labyrinth all the time .
Agreed. Zegion's been around forever and hus upbringing and lore are cool but his seriousness and quietness doesn't server his character much (Although his lines with Dino were fire). Geld is my favorite subordinate but he had a lot going for him from the start.

Its unfortunate that Zegion's job is simply be an Ultimate defense. Even Apito creates honey for Tempest. Kumara guards multiple floors, her history is interesting as well as her motivations and personality, she's got Hinata and Hakuro as masters, she's friends with the children, she's clever and tricked Rimuru, she's educated and gone to school.... I could go on.

Point is that Zegion is unfortunately one dimension compared to everyone else besides the Dragon Kings. BUT I think that's mainly because Zegion hasn't gotten opportunities to interact with many characters. For example, I love to see Veldora training Zegion and Ramiris reactions. Zegion and Apito are homies but they never talk and maybe they should fight together next volume. Maybe Zegion remembers his father Zelanus and feels some type of way. Show some insecurity maybe because Zelanus caused their dire circumstances and exemplify the growth because of that.

There's a lot Fuse could do.
you quoted exactly the points I think and expect from Zegion, he never had the opportunity to act because he is trapped in the labyrinth and his job is to be the strongest and protect the labyrinth, but I don't think leaving him outside the maze would improve anything, outside of fights Zegion has always been described as a quiet guy who only speaks when necessary, his conversations with Rimuru are words that someone blindly loyal would say and... just, but as Community said, Zelanus is the perfect being to cause something in Zegion and I don't see anyone else besides him being able to do something for Zegion's character, his backstory wasn't very detailed so I think if Fuse wants to, he can do something interesting

On the other hand, I also love to see Zegion fighting so I want to see who will be the next victim🗿
I like her, I thought was decently powerful. Stronger than Rimuru for awhile but then again so was every other Demon Lord. Besides that surviving a fight with Veldora does say something. Although most of her power doesn't come from her alone, inverse its fine. She actually didn't really get any scaling this volume funny enough.

I thought that Fuse was trying to imply based off of Shion's comments that Luminas was stronger than her, but not necessarily it. And Luminas certainly didn't do anything to prove she is. Lol
One thing Fuse is terrible at is making it clear how strong each character is, I was looking on reddit and it seems that I'm not the only one who thinks this way, but Fuse breaks the rules he creates himself very quickly, he creates very interesting concepts like digital lifeform for example, and then just shows that whatever they can do, a spiritual lifeform can too, besides that from Michael he started to push a little with that of "character has more experience" or "character is more skilled", honestly it's something that's confusing, but it wouldn't be confusing if he followed the very concepts he created, I can put this aside because I still love the work in general and appreciate many positives, but I wanted Fuse to adjust this in LN

Probably Feldway or Ivaraj are the oldest beings in the verse, with the exception of Veldanava, since Veldanava doesn't know where or when Ivaraj came from and Feldway was created by Veldanava himself and not by the great spirit like the other angels (I think)

COTE anime is mid but LN is fire. And yeah a decent amount of volumes but short tbh.
Mushoku Tensei is a great adaption which makes me want to read the source material more. I've caught up on the manga for awhile

Well the Great Spirits have wills, which is why I ask. The Primordials both Angel and Demon weren't created at the same time as the Great Spirits were.

He isn't consistent but that also has merit. It's not so bad where there are glaring contradictions and he introduces a lot more concepts within the world that really anyone can become or be powerful at this point. But at least the skill level or technical ability seems like a consistent differentiating factor. ALTHOUGH the ambiguity of it is contentious when comparing characters that aren't directly compared. But then again having that kind of contentious nature isn't entirely bad. it just means we've come so far that we have to account for even niche factors on a character's power or experiences.

That's how it is for long-running series anyway, that don't have very clear and super blatant scaling for everything. Dragon Ball, Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, DC, Toriko, Bobobo-bo bo-bobo, etc. are like that too. Speaking of I need to finish Sailor Moon...

Please don't use that word .I have psychological Trauma related to that because of a story I heard when I was a child /kid .It

ah, I apologize for that, actually I had used a common slang from my country that conveys a different meaning and the translator put it that way, so it was not intentional, I will withdraw the word

Yes, the anime is really bad, but I decided to start reading and I realized the value of the story, especially from volume 3/4 onwards everything was very good, now I'm on volume 9 so it's not long to finish the 1st year

There was a time I wanted to read mushoku because they hadn't announced it yet, but it's hard to get the time

true, but it's also strange how in such a short time he manages to be a prodigy at it, as he manages to beat even Benimaru who seems to be the best in swordsmanship in the series.

I'm full of works to finish so I understand the feeling...I'm full of works to finish so I understand the feeling...

I'm just reading Vol 20, I'm at the part where Rimuru decides to deal with Milim, what surprises me is that sometimes it's said that the world will be destroyed and sometimes he just says planet, I wonder if with "world" he whether to say universe or not, because it is even evident when he differentiates the two

it is impossible to destroy the planet or the universe as long as the two pinnacles of the world exist, you need to destroy them first with the power of administration, and then destroy the world, I said this before in my theory, that each universe and planet had its respective law like this as users of ultimate abilities and the stronger law prevails over the weaker, and as the cardinal world was created using god's law, it is impossible to destroy it, this theory has been proven correct in this volume.

No that's not what he was asking .
Is the Term "World" universe or just the planet ?I think considering the fact that how difficult it is just to destroy the planet there's 0% chance of World being universe

That would make Diablo ,Ultima and Gadra 3-A (Nihilistic hazard/parade).Sounds absurd considering stellar fats from the absolute top tiers were treated as really special .

yes exactly because just before this is mentioned it is casually mentioned that Milim could destroy stars, I don't understand why they would continue to emphasize planet destruction in that case

the cardinal world has a lot more spells so everything is tougher, even if you destroy a universe, you wouldn't be able to destroy even a planet in the cardinal world, Milim being able to destroy the stars in this world only proves your strength even more, which happens is that the cardinal planet is not protected by magic, but by the direct influence of the Veldanava, so it is impossible to destroy it without the correct authorization, to destroy the world it is necessary to destroy the 2 pinnacles of the world, and the only ones that can destroy them It's Milim, Velzard, Rimuru, Guy, Fedway, Rudra etc

interesting, but where exactly is this said or mentioned? I don't remember, was it in vol 20?

about the amount of spells it was in Velgrind's travels volume 15 or 17 I don't remember, about the administration it was in volume 18 with Guy, and about the pinnacles it was in that same volume, Ramiris' labyrinth is also a pinnacle, as it is a given power to her by Veldanava and has the property of being indestructible, but it's a different case, the other two spiers are the tower of paradise and the sacred tree of sarion

in the creation of the labyrinth of ramiris is also portrayed the difference in durability between an ordinary stone and a magic stone and that even this ordinary stone is much more resistant than in weak worlds

Are you perhaps referring to this ?

" The world is protected by God.

If we want to destroy the world, we have to face many obstacles" -Zalario

"Standing there is the tree of God that has been standing on this land since time immemorial.

The tree, rooted in the earth and responsible for protecting the planet from all kinds of natural disasters, was still standing strong, even though it was exposed to the flames of Jahil.

It is the tree that once protected the land from the damage caused by the war between Milim and Guy."
