Well I just wanted to see it. Because some guy were using scans which doesn't make sense (well in a debate)..

Rimuru still suffers from the same problem as Veldora even though he's a digital lifeform, he still needs to locate the information to move and he didn't use such speed outside of the suspended world, in fact, it is very likely that Rimuru's speed in the suspended world is no different from the others.
 
well, first I need to contextualize you a bit, in Tensura there are the information particles and it has been accepted as type 2 information and they are the only thing that can exceed light in Tensura, and not only that, but it can transfer information from one coordinate to another with zero time difference.

And in volume 19 the digital lifeform was introduced which was said to be composed of information particles, the ones confirmed to be beings are Rimuru, Chloe and Michael (one of the antagonists), the immeasurable speed here came from digital beings being able to go anywhere with no time difference transcending space and time
The battle was, in a word, tremendous.


As it turned out while watching the battle, the speed of the ‘information particle’ was constant.


Conversation had been established and the reaction speed of vision was also constant. This was as clear a physical phenomenon as the fact that ‘all things cannot exceed the speed of light.’


In that case, why did the “information particles” exceed the speed of light?


This was not a matter of the speed being exceeded.


It was as if the information particles, which were supposed to be at different coordinates, were transferring information to each other with zero time difference. Regardless of how far they were from each other, as long as the information particles existed in the recognizable space, there was no time difference. In other words, an ‘information particle’ transcended time and space.


Our communication had also been established by using the information transfer between information particles.


In that case, how can one move?

I couldn’t tell exactly, so I was just making inferences, but I thought that they were evenly matched in terms of physical ability. Or perhaps I should say that they were evenly matched in their ability to interfere with the ‘information particles.’


Since the speed had a fixed maximum value, it was one’s power of interference that determined superiority or inferiority. The key point was how well one could control the ‘information particles’ and outperform the enemy. That would be the decisive factor in a “Suspended World,” I guessed.

I could see solid infinite Combat speed (but like you said grasping information particles thing is hard for someone who hasn't read the series) well it will be hard for you guys to explain this to others

For immesurerable Speed need more context.
From what I see it looks like infinite combat speed because it seems it is limited to certain space not whole linear time. Well i may be wrong. Good luck I hope offical translation explain it better.

Immeasurable speed is not limited. Information Particles can move in any situation, not just in the Suspended World
Hmm, that’s hard to explain.

In short, the “information particle” is not affected by space-time, so it can move in any situation. That’s why, by interfering with the information particle as a substitute for magicules, you can maintain your vision and transmit your thoughts.

Velgrynd also seems to need to gain immeasurable Speed.

In Epilogue Volume 15, she literally walks through time. Stepping into the past, present and future. It will probably get Immeasurable travel speed.

Her attack, Space-Time Continuous Attack, reaches and transcends space-time. This is when she eliminates Cornu in volume 16.

Btw do u think veldora.. time leap is imea or just his Spatial Tele.. but for what ik Spatial Tele has to know the Coordinates of the place..
 
By the Way Dagruel was moving instantaneously and Shion wasn't able to perceive him at all .That could be due to SW and I think Infinite or immeasurable speed is probably still safe .

This is infinite speed. Immeasurable speed need to go to a point faster than instant. What you described is only "go to any point instant" which grants infinite speed
