what if everyone has the Light of God but also Darkness? The limiters could be barriers that keep the Darkness from creeping out. When someone's limiter breaks, they often become a monster. Or the "Darkness" takes over them, which basically eliminates the Light of God.

Actually, they are completely related.
For you to remove your limiter you must suffer pain over your body, mind and soul until you end up overcoming your natural limits. And Darkness enjoys pain

And how is that in any way relevant to my point? The Cosmic Garou EV absorbed is only comparable to casual Saitama but with extra care behind his punches due to the promises. And this "he seriously wants to kill Garou in that moment" is literally headcanon, and those who genuinely believe he doesn’t care about the Earth in that moment are d*mb as hell. He threw serious punches twice before and that doesn’t mean in any way that he doesn’t care about the world anymore.

It's truly possible and reasonable to think he only used serious punch on Earth because Blast was there. He seemingly judges Blast to be strong, He believed that he can handle Empty Void himself after learning he got Garou's powers.

Did Saitama even know what Blast's powers could do? Even if he thought Blast was strong, I doubt he thought Blast was strong enough to divert a completely bloodlusted punch from him, given he wasn't and needed help from dudes Saitama did not know existed.

He thought he can defeat Empty Void who is stronger than Garou. Which means he actually believes him to be strong. Saitama saw a glimpse of his speed against Flash, he also knew he can teleport(also that doesn't mean Saitama knows these portals have limits).

It's not about that. It's about whether Saitama used serious punch on Earth because Blast was there or not.

It's more likely that he saw him yeah. Though, it's somewhat possible the first thing he noticed was the corpses of Genos and the others, which triggered a mental breakdown as his focus shifted entirely to Garou.
In any case, I don't think he expected Blast to teleport them. It's much more likely that he fell into his rage and unleashed a Serious Punch, which would make sense in the context.

and no, there’s about no headcannon in what i said, he was literally trying to kill Garou in an all out attack, you don’t have to be a genius (something that you clearly aren’t) to notice this.
he threw 2 punchs before and none of those were as strong as the one he used in garou.

He threw a Serious Punch. A 4-A serious punch, at that. Blast says the Earth would be shattered. Saitama was too focused on trying to subdue Garou to care. This is the first we ever see Saitama legitimately emotional and angry, which is confirmed by narration statements about his exponential growth.

Completely irrelevant and wrong. His first serious punch and second serious punch wasn't even really serious according to Saitama himself.
Though I can't say that he was actually going for a kill or that he was ready to destroy the Earth considering Blast who can teleport is there who he deems as strong.

no, it was not, Saitama even used his serious side jumps against Sonic, and Sonic didn't die even when he was hit directly.

Even though he went all out. Saitama clearly showed his intent to not kill Garou many times. He just said he'll kick his butt.

Yeah guys Saitama TOTALLY wasn't serious and trying to kill Garou when the whole point of killing Genos was to draw his full power for Garou to copy and the narrator states directly that he underwent an surge of emotion due to Genos death not to mention the several panels of Saitama being genuinely pissed off...

"Underwent a surge of emotions"that does not say he was at full power, if he was going all out, he should have killed Garou, either in the middle of the fight or at the end of the fight (and we know his growth is so great he surpassed Garou in a very short time)
