Actually crazy how unclear Blast's abilities are. Regeneration is on the table, stitching his arm back on with portals is on the table, doing some kind of time dilation might be on the table (if we put on the tin foil hat with Blast being Garou from the future). Maybe can project an energy arm in his cosmic blast mode
My preferred option would be Blast regenerating a new hand, but his severed hand also grows into a tiny, hand-sized Blast

I wonder with how much difficulty will Saitama deal with EV cosmic form, if he ends up fighting him. It could prove either that Saitama retained his future self strength or that his growth is significant, since Empty Void>=Pre-Serious punch Cosmic Garou>=Saitama's consecutive normal punches

He would one shot EV in his casual state. The only reason Cosmic Garou made it into Serious Punch was because of the promise he made to the kid and even after that, he's still keeping his promise not to kill and seriously injure Garou

Iirc the main counter arguments were the unreliability of the machine, it contradicting Saitama not noticing his growth and idrk if there were more. It happened a long ago; you can search for the thread to see it yourself if you are interested
