It’s not really aim dodging, a light speed combo would blitz anyone that’s to slow to react to it. Sim dodging don’t stop a blitz.

you have to proof it is intangible,and under what standards is a portal intangible when it is a connection of spaces in alot of cases,and in others it is a connection of realms (you can argue some portals in fiction connect to a non-physical world,but some)
