Yes some of the s-class have definitely had sex.
I don't know why you would assume none of them have, sure most have unusual personalities but they're also celebrities and generally incredibly attractive. The average person in Japan loses their virginity at 19 or 20 and most of the s-class are older than that.

I don't want to get into messy details but I will say I've thought about this topic because I've wondered about the lives of the s-class outside of hero work.

How many of them have friends? How many are still in touch with their families? What the hell is going on with Child Emperor's parents?? Are any of them in relationships? Do any of them have significant others or even children? How do those relationships affect their hero work and vice versa? I have many questions the manga will likely never answer

But you have to look at the percentage (%) of the Japanese population who lose their virginity.

Considering that guys are almost ordering everyone to have sex so that the population doesn't die of old age.

So although the average is this age, you have to look at the percentage/quantity of the population.

In 2016 the percentage of adult men and women was 40% and it seems to only increase every year.

I know that OPM doesn't take place in Japan, but the authors are Japanese and spend their daily life/culture in Japan in the manga.

For example, Toriyama has already said that he feels ashamed of portraying romantic scenes in Dragon Ball.

And Isayama (author of Shingeki no Kyojin) said he cut Eren and Mikasa's kiss scene (before that ending) because of embarrassment (from what I heard)

Tatsumaki is likely a virgin. With her powers, and her attitude, I doubt she's interested at all in normal-folk - she barely seems to acknowledge any S-Class people. I think Saitama only interested her because he is strong.

If Metal Bat is actually a delinquent he probably got some...

I don't want to think about it. I'm all for wondering what Atomic Samurai's homelife is like and if TTM volunteers in a kitchen, but the more you think about WDM as a person the weirder it gets. He is, for all I know, a half-man half-dog abomination beneath the suit (if it's a suit at all) and I DO NOT want to explore what that means in this context

To be fair, that was specifically 40% of men and women not in relationships. Who knows what percentage of the total adult population is. We all know Japan is having a fertility crisis but it's a bit overblown which ties into your question I'm sure.

That's also true in the OPM world but people are still having kids, so I imagine at least some of the s-class must be in/have been in some kind of relationship. But ONE doesn't like to show that kind of personal life so much so we won't learn about most of their home lives, fortunately or unfortunately
