KLol randomly shut it down because he arbitrarily chose melting instead of vaporization even though it’s clearly stated that it would shave off the surface, something that would explicitly not be accomplished via melting.
It’s a shame that he was never contested until now

I'm honestly more so annoyed at Murata for not doing that sooner. I mean yeah the OPM fanbase is giant and we love reading this manga, but obviously the health of the guy that draws it is infinitely more important. He's working himself like an actual slave and probably doesn't make the money he deserves from it. The manga industry is tough.

Poor guy though, the tone of this chapter is definitely dark with the dead civilians and Max being crippled for life

Also Axel is tearing through robots that are seemingly giving trouble to Tank Top Master? Either the suits are busted or the robots are conveniently easier to destroy when a Neo Hero appears
 
Is there enough evidence to scale the robots' armour to their energy attacks?
 
They're often at very close range to their own attacks, despite the blasts having the range to down skyscrapers.

Inverse Square Law. They'd only be taking a fraction of their own attacks at the distances we see in the chapter.
 
Yeah, I forgot how extreme the difference was.

Even a hemispherical explosion from 2 metres away is more than 25 times less than the full impact.
 
dam these new suits are cracked, s class ttm struggling with a few, accel no diffing essentially aswell as other neo dudes, max does 0 damage and then gets amputated, mumen the goat. dam dark wc chapters
 
It almost seems like the robots were intentionally letting themselves get destroyed by Neo heroes, but they may just be that strong also.

Tank top creating a smoke barrier or steam?
