No dude. You tried to be "rude and cool" because I said that I really don't care about your condemnation of such jokes. Actually, your condemnation was just an attempt to appear badass, like you are such a very serious guy who does not want to see humor that is not funny enough for him here. However, you're just a haughty and infantile boy, that's all.

You can once again be ironic like "oh what a badass boy", but this will not change the fact that you were just trying to show off. Cry about it.

He most likely meant that Saitama sees her as a child, in fact, in the OVAs, Saitama called her a child many times and even thought that she should not drink alcohol.

He is the most written, yes.

But to be honest, IMHO, Garou himself is not a very interesting character, who personally annoyed me with his actions because of his youthful maximalism.

Probably the coolest and most unusual characters in OPM are Saitama and Boros, they do not cause disgust in any way.
 
Okay come on Tatsumaki is literally just annoying teenager incarnate, I feel like “one of the most well written” isn’t the best description for her
honestly silver fang is also interesting, along with an honorable mention to Phoenix Man

we know something about her past, the reason behind her actions, her trauma, that she REALLY care about fubuki and does not think that she can protect fubuki at all
tatsumaki also cared about people like never before during psykorochi fight, even accepted her own death before genos appearedn
 
In the OPM all the characters are not sufficiently written, this is one of the weaknesses of this verse. Therefore, the most written character is Garou, a very average character who is not very catchy as a character.
 
if you like her or not, wont change the fact that she’s well written, atleast avarage for opm’s verse
 
OPM's character writing does suffer a bit from having a massive cast of characters.
Main difference between manga and webcomic Garou are webcomic Garou being more subtle about being good, going the entire way through his own power alone (no metal bat friendship power or direct God interference) and having a much more satisfying ending (humbled Garou stops being arrogant and goes job hunting to become a productive member of society, Manga Garou is gifted a recommendation to HA and seemingly remains the same asshole he was at the start.)
