Saitama just isn't using his full power.
We know for a fact that he can increase his running speed like his strength because of the Boros fight.
This is weakened Tatsumaki we're talking about, too. She's no fodder, but she's not a god tier by any stretch.

She literally just had a barrier around her... If I go inside an electricity resistant fortress and then a thunderstorm doesn't affect me, does that mean I have Electricity Resistance? LMFAO. Also, she got freaking owned by that electricity. She just simply survived it, but she definitely took damage. Did you think she would die from that? This is OPM, no human ever dies

A barrier? She is pretty clearly getting affected by it because she is screaming in pain. A normal human would definitely die or be incapacitated by that electrical shock.
She was alive and the shock seemingly didn't inflict a major toll on her body so she should get Elec Resistance

I see no barrier on the panel? You do know tatsumaki can boost her physicals with psychic power right...? Why can't it help resist against electricity? Thats one explanation for it

Saitama can kinda choose when he’s fast or not it seems, since attacks that should be seemingly slow motion by a million times over sometimes “blitz” him
Like how Boros going into meteoric burst was able to blitz a saitama who was using enough power to react to him previously, and kicked him to the moon before he even noticed he was in space

I wasn’t trying to scale Boros to saitama, I was saying that when he’s suppressed sometimes his reaction time isn’t consistent with mftl+ which was only to prove that tatsumaki doesn’t scale to saitama

Would that even count as enhanced senses? Flashy's not necessarily hearing with more sensitivity (IRL humans can differentiate footsteps), he's just better at determining details like weight based on sound.
It'd be like giving someone enhanced sight because they can tell the hex value of different shades of blue.

I mean, the male esper came there explicitely to take Psykos alive so they can learn the secrets within her mind, so him gunning against Tatsumaki instead of protecting the important thing he came to search doesn't make any sense
