We don't simply scale speed from threat levels. There's nothing directly backing it in the manga and the notion is often contradicted.

I only considered it since Armoured Boros's "possibly High 6-A" AP comes from confidence scaling and it’s current accepted, but I wouldn’t blame you or anyone for disagreeing with with Rel+ confidence scaling

They’d have their own profile. Even if they are an AU Boros, the main universe Boros wouldn’t scale unless they’re stated to be comparable.
