Large Town Level+ EC? pre-molt EC should be scaling above Spiral Incineration Cannon to Low 7-B, since he treated the attack like nothing. If not- I'll just find KE or GPE with EC, no way pre-molt length would give results lower than Low 7-B.

Because CSRC doesn't scale to Boros' physicals? I though we all know that
ONE describes Garou leading with skill while Boros leads with superior AP, Regen and Range. Quote:

Then Garou quick adapts to Boros and end the fight, as Garou doesnt like to play against monsters and goes to kill while Boros wants to have a ''Real Fight'' and will let his trump card in the end, which he wont be alive to do

Garou's reactive evolution is not that instant, and he kinda has to be almost dead in order to activate it. Plus, Boros has his laughably superior range, something Garou has no counter to, better regen than anything Garou has faced, and Boros isn't the type to hold back at all

Garou doesnt depend only of his reactive evolution, he has dura neg moves and instinctive reaction as well, and his reactive evolution can happen during the fight, while Garou is a genium in martial arts, Boros only kicks, punches and talks,
Garou can dodge it, nothing stops him to do, and Boros regen can be destroyed if that smol ball inside of him is destroyed as well, Bang knows how to counter it, Garou should be able to do the same, and despite Boros not holding back in fights, he doesnt use his trump card in the start, aka star roaring canon

He doesn't have durability negation in the webcomic version of the fight, and his dura neg requires him to be up close.
That's completely false. There is no ball within him. People keep on mistaking the scene where the ship's gravity ball breaking equals Boros dead when that is not the case at all.
