I don't think Bomb and Garou should have Durability Negation via WhirlWind. They just manipulate the air and then push it towards opponents to slice them to pieces. It isn't stated to send shockwaves and slice targets from the inside IIRC.

To be honest, I don't remember Bomb's technique have Durability Negation. In the moment with Royal Ripper, Garou did not cut him with a shockwave from the inside. If imagine that he simply directed the air flow to Royal Ripper direction and simply cut him completely - this will not contradict what was shown in that scene.

This. Self destruction should not be used for scaling by default. And the fact he was concerned for every one else implies his self destruction could harm a lot of these characters.

No one scales to HE as we've yet to see anyone who truly scales to him.

Hundred percent agree. Looking at the panel, there's 23 floors I can count. And each floor is at least 4.3 meters, but more likely 5-10, since monsters like Rover need huge corridors to get around. 5x23 = 115 meters to the top of the chamber.

Let's not forget that Murata often just straight up forgets stuff even in the redraws, just look at this panel where the hole from Focused Atomic Slash is still there in the redrawn panel, even though FAS never happened in this timeline(https://cdn.readonepunchman.net/file/mangap/3262/10111000/40.jpeg). Or the time where he forgot to include the ninjas. The statement may be that water is 50 meters below, but Child Emperor's scanner is clearly off because we see that's not the case

With Mob it's not that there are different possible sizes for the same feat, but rather that the strength varies in that mode and he is capable of different feats at different times.

My hope with this calculation is to make a conclusive calc that circumvents the debate entirely. The size shown in the other three panels is irrelevant if I'm only calcing what we see in the panel where the feat is at it's clearest.
