Ok I think I understand how this could be Boros. Right as Boros was about to die. God stopped time and tried to grant him power. However, Blast stepped in and put an end to that. Hence Boros Joining the SS Interdimensional class.

Sure. But he’s definitely hitting Garou a lot harder than he ever did Boros, since Garou is now physically small planet level whereas Boros is below that with a suicidal energy attack.

Saitama can one-shot both Garou and Boros. Saitama having killing intent is irrelevant when we know he’s actually not trying to kill Boros.

Saitama only needs to be like 1.5 times stronger than Garou to be planet level btw. And Saitama was overpowering Garou despite having half the number of fists, and evidently not even trying since he was just using Consecutive Normal Punches. And he said he could blow up the planet if he wanted.
