This will probs never get accepted for obvious reasons but LS precog AC and FTL orochi should be a thing (again?). I feel like the entire purpose for AC and him getting caught is to demonstrate the difference between orochi and anyone else, Garou and PS zooming into the FTL range would make for a, they've finally approached the level of orochi, especially the entire 25+ y/o statement of PS and Orochi...

I have a personal headcanon that Rover was forcefully turned into a monster by Psykos and didn't go through monsterization like Nyan. It's why he doesn't have the same level of intellect and why he acts like a normal (Albeit aggressive) guard dog.
I dunno, Psykos nabbed some poor dog off the street and experimented on it turned into the Rover we now know.

Rover is alive, last we saw Rover he got "tamed" by Bang and Bomb underground. It's likely under all the rubble. I suspect a single Black Sperm cell, separate from the 100 cell insurance sent off before Platinum Sperm emerged, is still roaming around. But it's possible that Black Sperm won't survive and only Rover will become Saitama's pet. Which honestly makes things much less comedic afterwards if so. I hope not. But we'll see.

Also, something to note about Black Sperm. Black Sperm's face (notably in the webcomic) looks pretty similar to Dimple, a Mob Psycho character, and he also has some similar personality traits. Black Sperm's face, personality, and him becoming a pseudo-ally to Saitama despite actually using him (a parallel to Dimple and Shigeo's initial relationship) might all just be a reference to Mob Psycho. ONE may have left it out of the manga for that reason.
