If aggressiveness is a factor to determine the threat level of a monster, that could explain why Bakuzan is an apparently super weak dragon level.

What’s that girl face, oh yea, big booby girl is actually stated to sense their power levels and assign their threat levels that way. So when it comes to their tiers it’s based off of raw power.

There is 0 indication of that. Bakuzan shows massive aggessiveness and even Gouketsu comments on his character.

Sadistic doesn't mean aggressive. On the contrary, his character is more calm and his intelligence makes him not rush as much as Bakuzan, who rampaged from the very beggining.

No, you are misunderstanding. All I am saying is, as an additive factor to threat level, in Bakuzan's case, it could be what determined him being a dragon rather than a demon. I'm not saying aggressiveness is entirely what makes someone a threat level or another, but just a factor that can matter when accompanied by the others.

Literally every monster is aggressive. So their ego must have a small play in it or it literally doesn’t matter. Again, the big booby girl’s tiers are based on power.

Some monsters are more aggressive than the others, like Bakuzan. And what makes you think Gouketsu's threat level reading is the same as Psykos? And even if it were the same, why wouldn't Psykos state their threat levels based on the HA standards, since she specially has knowledge on almost every hero and looks for matchups with compatibility in monsters' favour.

He simply wanted an opportunity to get a double kill and just worried one of them would run away, They never lost their footing they were literally flying towards Flashy and then Flashy sped up to the point where they were motionless

Ok blitz to death was an exaggeration but he quite literally blitzed them the moment he was confident he could get the double kill, He was just worried one of them would run away which is why he sandbagged the whole fight.
But they showed no real signs of damage, their hits got a minor reactions out of Flashy yet you want to compare it to PS. Of course they did damage Flashy but it was minor damage lol. You can't compare This where Flashy wasn't blocking and Only got pushed back to This

Tbf, the ninjas are not much weaker than Platinum Sperm. PS's attacked FF several times to the spine and kidneys and made him cough up blood. Meanwhile, the ninjas managed to accomplish the same by slamming him into a bridge while FF was blocking the attack with both arms. They should be comparable IMO.

Depends if Flashy’s blood was even real, or a fake-out. Ninjas in OPM have been shown to have weird Ninjutsu powers. Remember that random ninja girl who looked like she got axed in two, only to turn into a wooden log? Ninjas be weird.

Disaster levels are based on damage over time to cities and heroes who can stop them. Obviously, strength plays a big part in that.
Beefcake started as Demon, but would’ve quickly been upgraded to Dragon if Saitama hadn’t been around to stop him before he stepped on some multiple cities.
It’s not based on aggressiveness at all tho. Gyoro Gyoro is a Dragon and 95% of it’s screentime is calmly sitting on a chair. Bean bag looking ass.

It's clearly not fake blood. FF has never shown that kind of ninjutsu.
It's another attribute which could contribute to a monster upscaling to a certain threat level. The point is, it is not only based on AP, but there are other factors as well.

Aggression CAN affect the disaster level but it goes both ways. Deep Sea King was a Demon, after being upgraded due to taking down multiple heroes. But if Tatsumaki was in the area the entire Sea Folk incident would’ve been a Tiger level disaster since they’d be dead before anything really happened.

Ummm, I just addressed this. He needed this technique to do this and this is confirmed in the actual fight. His reason for waiting to use it was so he could hit them both at the same time, directly implying he needed to use it to win.
If he was fast enough to “blitz them to death”
There wouldn’t be any problem in one escaping, because he would INSTANTLY appear in front of the next monster and stop him.
This problem only exists because of him needing his ultimate technique to one shot them.
They did lose their footing, this is stated by them.
After being kicked by Flashy, they lost their momentum, and I’m not sure if you know or not but, if several people moving at damn near ftl speeds, logically they are FTL, and one of the objects have their speed reduced to 0 m/s (the point of Flashy’s kick was to stop their movements) it would appear as if they weren’t moving. It’s Rela+ speeds.
“We need to get back into formation”
For starters, they aren’t even being blitz by Flashy movements (before ultimate technique) despite being in slow motion. This is evident in them literally perceiving the outside word (they are capable of thinking while flashy is moving around, which would be impossible if he was moving at such a speed they couldn’t even perceive) while they were frozen.
They even state “We need to get back into formation” meaning they need to get a base. This is needed so they can start up movement again, which they can’t really do in this timeframe, midair, and at base speed (0 m/s).
A cherry on top would be them looking down at their body being split after Flashy cut them in half, proving it’s not just Flashy being so much faster than them, just them not being able to accelerate back to their normal speed.
He didn’t just allow them to sandbag him, I’m not saying most of it wasn’t intentional, but there was several instances where they surpassed him with their speed, he’ll at one point they straight up blitz him.
So you do agree that he wasn’t too much faster than them.
The link I sent had two images, and I’m unsure if you looked at the second one or not. Because the damage PS did to an off guard, unblocked FF from BEHIND, wasn’t nothing too major compared to the damage the ninjas did to flashy.
