Darkshine casually breaks the metal that the HA building is made of. Which is calced to be over 800 Megatons. Darkshine's AP is At least 7-A+ because of that. His durability upscales from that as well.

Saitama directly overpowered the feat, psychorochi should scale since it's him and fusion, and Tats overpowered orochi as well. They're all directly connected.

When multiple stronger characters consistently perform feats on a lower level (in this case, Tier 6), the higher end feat becomes an outlier.
