I dont think that's really valid enough, if one told Murata his opinion hasn't changed and that the scale of the battle needs to be comparable there's evidence supporting its validity in the manga.

When Saitama compliments Released Boros saying: "Yeah, you are strong" he is probably referring to every stat. The word "strong" in fiction generally refers to speed as well.

Probably, considering we gave Gouketsu MHS off of him being superior to Carnage Kabuto.
Released Boros can be a full on MHS if we do accept to keep the Garou vs Boros statement, but I'm unsure

If we're talking speed for Released Boros (RB hence forth, because I don't have the effort to write that out), I think it's entirely reasonable for him to scale off an ultra casual Saitama that completely outstripped Geryu and even went so far as to mock him.

A few months back. It was in the speed downgrade thread it was decided Geryu's own speed should not scale to his attack speed, which is possibly Relativistic+.
