That's not the reasoning. The reasoning is that Metal Knight implied that if he were to salvage a piece of EC's carapace, he would have stronger assets.

Yeah I don't see anything scaling to Low 6-B. Metal Knight can only harm his own buildings with enough prep time. Not much refers to him wanting to use the carapace to further strengthen the hero buildings. Which doesn't make sense narratively given how he doesn't care for the HA. And his missiles are like High 7-C...

Metal knights weapons can only destroy the HA overtime with prep. None of his weapons are 6-A individually. EC would only scale to the standard Drones.

I dont see it as a prob, Bofoi's defenses are above his individual fire power.

This has got me thinking, the HA HQ should not scale to the full bombardment in the first place. The HQ is massively smaller than A-City and the building was likely only hit by a few shells at most. So Metal Knights prep should be downgraded to 6-C or unless we want to try and calc the exact amount the building withstood.

The HQ wasn't hit by any of the shells. It is not in the range. What destroyed the city wasn't just the shells. It was the explosion caused. We see that the city goes much further than just HQ, so that means the explosion was big enough the hit both the HQ, and onwards. It would still scale to the explosion.
