Not sure tho, Saitama used serious punch against elder centiped as well, serious punch also doesnt means nothing, as it is just Saitama punching, and as stated by Boros, Saitama was holding back, it seems that Saitama was just giving Boros the feeling of a ''real fight''

The calc can't be 5-B. Since if it was 5-B.... the Earth would have been destroyed.
But moving what amounts to a few trillion tons of iron-nickel alloy at high speeds will get some degree of 6-A or High 6-A.
Though as a note we probably shouldn't scale any of Orochi's base attacks to this.
