I think if some chapters get reordered (like maybe moving the Ninja arc chapters later or just moving these Neo-Heroes chapters later), everything would be fine. I think we'll have to see if ONE and Murata have a plan/reason for cutting off the Ninja arc for the Neo-Heroes stuff (not that I dislike these chapters, obviously, just their placement is weird).
