Also isn’t the VERSUS planet like ridiculously huge? Like all thirteen worlds can apparently fit on that one planet. So if somebody in the series were to destroy the planet it would be like way higher than 5-B right?

The planet mass has somehow remained the same, or at least that's how it was explained right now.

He seems to be effecting it and is showing a clear portrayal of effort and struggle while doing so, thus combined with the imagery of a bubble shaped sphere of energy about to explode, it seems likely that he is holding it back.
