Author intent has Watchdog Man move at 200 KPH, Garou moving at explicitly subsonic speed in his monster form and a ninja implying that a super sonic attack would be undodgeable to Flashy Flash. Virtually every speed given by OPM is very bad.

Also author intent could just be "He fires energy beams" without thinking about the consequences of something moving at Relativistic speeds.

Wdm is consistent, not much travel speed feats in general in opm. The ninja just underestimated Flash, nothing new.

Speed feats coming from lasers are f up in every verse. Off course OPM has a very special case cause they tend to look on the anti feat rather than a several proofs and statements that proves it is. I would rather accept not putting the speed feat in profile if that is aim dodge.

Tf do you mean "aim dodging" this is a blatant dodge, you can see the motion lines of Genos dodging the lasers and his jacket being torn apart as he is grazed
