Why do Air eyes look like camera lens? What did those "doctors" do to him?

I don't think it's accidental or a coincidence, ONE focuses a lots on eyes in his work and this panel especifically focuses on his eye.

99% chance that Iaian getting a Cybernetic Arm becomes a plot point, whether he actually does get it or not.

Gyoro Gyoro and Psykos would scale above him. The Cadres would as well because while we don't know his disaster level, we know he wasn't a Cadre and Cadres are >>>>> other monsters from the MA.

Because they have better feats lol and in the pre-redraw version of Phoenix Man vs CE they were called "cadre candidates".

The fact that Evil Eye is ranked "Unknown" even within the Monster Association may mean that Gyoro-Gyoro hasn't rated them yet so there's no way of knowing if they're superior to a Cadre or not.

But Gyoro Gyoro literally created him and decided to use him as cannon fodder on the frontline to see the S Class Heroes abilities to assign a cadre to each.

Phoenix Man’s 2nd form wasn’t ranked by Psykos but still had a threat level
Just a weird thing I noticed that’s semi relevant
 
On another note, I was gonna say that Psykos thought that Rover specifically would be able to distract Tatsumaki while she was being targeted by her, and orochi concluded that Saitama was the one who killed Gouketsu and Elder Centipede based on the fact that he beat Rover, and was surprised about it even after he already destroyed some of Ororchi’s dragon heads. Also, Rover survived Saitama’s normal punch, which tends to one shot people who aren’t at least Orochi level
and then the fact that weakened Rover was able to completely tank Cross Fang Dragon slayer fist without any damage makes him >>>> elder centipede too

My current mission is to find something to scale Rover higher than he is, especially durability wise. He just deserves it.

Rover’s durability is probably higher than Ororchi’s, and to be honest that just makes more sense.
Rover’s durability already scales far above the Garou who was slightly stronger than AB bang, and he also directly scales far above elder centipede.
The best case scenario I can hope for is that we find some higher scaling with elder centipede perhaps, or maybe get rover or elder centipede or AB bang to scale above high 6-C Gouketsu somehow.

Although Rover can’t scale above [REDACTED REDACTED REDACTED] because [REDACTED]
 
If we’re going with elder centipede then I think the first route is to somehow try and figure out how strong the blast of 2 years ago was, since elder centipede was able to damage and take hits from him back then. If we had some kind of proof that Blast from the past was stronger than someone who’s not just high 7-C somehow, then that would be a good start.

Or it just means that losing two cadres before the main fight is bad news for Gyoro Gyoro.

Sometimes it isn't that deep.

And besides these are Hellfire Flame and Gale Wind who had joined the MA recently and have no business knowing how powerful the other cadres are

Hell Black Sperm didn't even know what Homeless Emperor did until the surface fight lol
