It's not an error as much as lack of detail. Murata has altered or changed less detailed scenes in collected volumes before. It could be a void or the moon.
We'd have to wait for the volume release or anime to get a full picture of what happened.

Good for him, he deserves it and more. Unfortunately, the industry is so bad he probably isn't remotely rich despite his incredible art that honestly has lowkey carried the manga at some points. Murata outta be a millionaire for his work.
