It really funny to see just how far Boros has fallen in the verse. He used to be only secondary to Saitama and now anyone from top 5 fodderizes him.

Also, I think I'm going to make a CRT for Boros. Near the end of the CRT for removing Orochi Boros scaling, most active members agreed that Boros could get a Possibly rating, but it was closed and I forgot to make another CRT for it.

Released Boros isn't anywhere fast enough to do it. Even if we scaled Boros above an average dragon, 10-second mode still boosts his stats far above it. MB is another matter though

Oof. Well now I don't know if Boros is genuinely stronger than Orochi. Like I think he was meant to be, but I'd be hard pressed to argue it. The only thing I will say is that Saitama was able to notice Genos got faster from his fight with Carnage Kabuto to his bought with Speed of Sound Sonic, which shows that even as he grows stronger, it doesn't change his understanding of power. In otherwords, his idea of what counts as strong doesn't shift with his growth.
So when he says that Orochi is likely just the child of the Monster King, I think that's him saying that compared to other hyped up leaders he's encountered, (Like Boros, Denominator of the Universe), Orochi doesn't stack up.
