Why? Of course if the events from now on were the exactly the same as the webcomic then yes, there wouldn't have been a set up for that arc but that's obviously not gonna be the case. The set up for the Psychic Sisters arc proper is gonna be developed in the coming chapters.

God being 1 billion dimensional tier 0 and Saitama being relative to him in power would be the bad ending since nobody on the wiki would be able to give him the good fight he’s always wanted. Therefore, petition for high 1-A Saitama

It's not gonna be the Psychic Sisters arc proper or the one you know. Everything that built it up has changed so you shouldn't expect the arc itself to be the same.
 
4-B or 3-C would have been better than 4-A honestly. 4-B is the superhero/cosmic starter pack tier and has a lot of matches avaible, 3-C is the second superhero tier and also has a lot of match potential. 4-A is peak dragonball Z and sadly Saitama and Garou are too far from them in AP. Other than that a lot of people who scale to the exact same starry sky pocket realm creation feat, who are also AP stomped.

Hey it’s not my fault the graph didn’t go through to make him 3-C, would’ve been quite convenient….
 
The way Tural got 7-A seems like a bit of a stretch, but it's still under the realms of possibility, so I won't argue for or against the logistics of the calc.
