Can't be said with numbers or letters because he will show up, take you and the document with em. Basically, he doesn't like information being spread about him.
However, he is unable to understand symbols and other artistic designs or pictures hence why it's in dots.

We could just say that Garou should be able to replicate it after copying Saitama, that would make way more sense than just saying “but he didn’t say he copied LS too tho” since in fiction punching harder and lifting more tend to be very much correlated
