Charizard isn't one shotting Natsu with fire at all. Natsu as a Low 7-B tanked 7-A flames so Charizard isn't gonna beat that difference. What he does one shot with is cqc, which he does go for and is actually his preferred method.

At this point it comes down to how the stomp thread goes. Does Natsu's tiny chance of not getting one shot by X's dive bomb and managing to maneuver himself to eat the flame on the tail (which he doesn't even know to do) count as not enough of a win con. If it is enough, then Charizard takes a really decisive win. If not, stomp.
