From my experience he can be ratty (especially nowadays but it's mostly for comedy) but he seems like a decent person. Of course nobody's perfect but he isn't a criminal or anything.

Seems like the original file was finally recovered on Sonic Retro, but the account that was made to spread the fake script continues there and you can see all the time they had to reupload the file after something was questioned.
