Yes, Carol is slightly stronger (71.3 vs 55 quettatons), but Sonic's speed amps will let him blitz her nonstop.

Is this not a stomp if Carol can't touch him going 344x faster than her with the spin dash? The only way this would be fair is if he doesn't really use it that much when fighting in-character and just goes for spin attacks.
