Why is it “One Vote Left,” if, at least according to the counter in the OP, there’s a single staff vote on each side? Wouldn’t it have to be 2 votes, specifically allocated to one of the two sides to make it 3-1?

I will edit it since I thought two votes for one option would be sufficient given the fact how less mod attention this is getting

Problem being, DB is extremely controversial (you can see from just the votes here), this topic in particular is a controversial topic (dealing with tier 1), so it necessitates 3 staff votes.
 
Hit ability was able to affect the hypertimeline? i thought he only store time n created the pocket dimension but he didnt affect the timelines.

That's his different ability he needed the time he skips in the first place to create that said dimensions in time skip he doesn't use any pocket reality this had been already discussed in the first page itself
